Esteemed James Beard nominated oyster and cocktail destination Maison Premiere is excited to announce the opening of a new restaurant and cafe overlooking McCarren Park in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

“Sauvage” will be a vibrant new expression of an all-day dining destination. We will have a whole day coffee and tea program. We will work with multiple coveted roasters and purveyors and have an elaborate and expanding program.

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced candidates to fulfill BARISTA positions.

Candidates must have a genuine appreciation for the hospitality business, a polished appearance, and a sincere desire to make guests feel at home.

An interest in and knowledge of coffee and tea is a must. High volume coffee service experience as well as high end coffee service experience is a plus.

We are looking for candidates with open availability for a MID MAY opening. We will be offering competitive hourly wages plus a hefty tip structure.
