Located in the dynamic and historic Union Square area, Union Fare is looking for talented baristas with a passion for coffee and a genuine hospitality spirit to join our growing team.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience for crafting specialty espresso beverages
• Requires knowledge of basic mathematics and measurements.
• Basic Latte Art skills and understanding of extraction beneficial
• Experience with a Point of Sale system (eg: Micros, Aloha) and prior cash handling experience
• Experience with manual espresso machine (eg: La Marozzco)
• Ability to comfortably educate guests about coffee and preparation techniques; and willing to give recommendations upon request
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
• Positive, engaging, and hospitable attitude with a strong desire to provide a great experience to each guest for an overall community vibe
