Full-Time Barista

Job Description

Mona Kitchen & Market is looking for a full-time barista or a couple part-time baristas with prior knowledge and a passion for specialty coffee. Baristas are solely responsible for coffee and tea related products. We serve Four Barrel Coffee!

Some things we’re looking for are:

  • One year specialty coffee experience
  • Hospitality focused
  • Organization and cleanliness
  • La Marzocco, Mazzer, Fetco, Mahlkonig experience

We’re also willing to train the right people if you don’t have the best experience! There’s tons of room to learn more about the specialty industry here. Pay will be based on experience.
