Birch Coffee is hiring baristas to add to our already extraordinary staff. We are looking for runners/bussers with experience in cafes, restaurants or coffee shops. If you are passionate about coffee, the service industry, enjoy working with awesome people and love interacting with others, we’ll happily give you a shot at joining our team. Most of our customers come in at least once a day (sometimes four, honestly) and they deserve the best and friendliest service. Please only apply if you think you are up to that task. Applicants should be able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment. We’re busy throughout the day so we need people who can multi-task but also be self-motivated to take on tasks when it isn’t as busy. We’re looking for people with flexible schedules and who are looking for both full and part time.
