Job Description

Looking for a full or part time barista. Previous experience preferred, but not necessary. We are willing to train.  Lenox Coffee is a busy little cafe with regular, loyal customers and new faces visiting every day. Mornings are busy and afternoons are usually pretty chill. Hour of operations are 7am-8pm weekdays, and 8am-8pm on weekends. Looking for openers and closers.

compensation: hourly + tips
*part time and full-time availability
3 shift / week minimum

SKILLS:
Each new crew member must go through our training program and learn our standards.
Must be good with people. You will do well and get promoted fast if you can prove you’re good with customers and can demonstrate a stellar work ethic.

EXPERIENCE
customer service (ideally +1 year experience)
Barista experience (ideal)
Food service experience (must)
food handler’s certification (higher starting rate)
