Job Description

Baked is looking for a few confident and talented baristas to join their ranks.  You should have on point coffee making abilities and also an interest in desserts. Most importantly, promote the Baked brand and store experience with integrity, honesty, and knowledge.

RESPONSIBLITIES

Barista:  Be familiar with specialty coffee. You can make all coffee drinks quickly and accurately. Also be familiar with the Baked menu.

Customer Service: Respond to customer needs with patience, positivity, and professionalism.

Food Safety: Follow all NYC DOH and Baked food safety standards vigilantly.

Efficiency and Flow : Work swiftly and accurately so that customers are quickly attended to.

Respect: Positive outlook and communicates professionally to customers, coworkers, supervisors, and everyone.

Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace so that everyone can find products as needed.

EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma (must)

Coffee and Food Service Experience (preferred)

Food Handler’s Certification (preferred)

Pay is competitive and based on experience.
