Need full time experienced barista for busy Brooklyn café! Milk Bar in Prospect Heights recreates the cafe culture of Australia by pairing premium coffee with fresh and healthy food and comfortable, modern cafe design.  A passion for coffee and the abilities to work in a dynamic team environment, multitask, and communicate effectively are essential.

Responsibilities:
Perform friendly and attentive customer service

High performance with consistent pouring of the entire cafe menu

Be a strong team member with a willingness and ability to multitask

Clearly communicating with kitchen staff and servers
Creating a hospitable atmosphere of professionalism, integrity, calm, cleanliness and efficiency

Skills and Qualifications:
Extensive experience for crafting specialty espresso beverages

Prior barista experience a must
Able to work under pressure
NYC Food Handlers License or willingness to attain within 2 months from start date
