Job Description

We’re looking for full and part time baristas. Proficiency with manual brewing and slinging espresso, milk steaming, and customer service is ideal, but passionate, friendly, team players are welcome to apply! Pay is commensurate with experience+tips. Raises based on demonstrated skills and markers, so fast learners and motivated baristas can move up quickly.

OQ Coffee Co.’s mission is to get NJ to fall in love with specialty coffee. We source most of our coffee direct and work with select importers to fill out our offerings. Our coffees are roasted on site and then crafted into delicious drinks to create an exciting coffee experience for every customer.
