Juice Pedaler, a neighborhood juice and coffee bar/bike shop on Prospect Park is looking for fun and experienced barista’s to join our family.  Our shop is small and cozy with a large backyard garden for additional seating.  In addition to selling Stumptown coffee, we sell fresh juices and an interest in learning to make juices is a plus.  Our bar area is small so candidates should be able to work well in this environment.

Duties and Expectations:

• You must be a real lover of coffee with a desire to improve your skillset.
• Be available, punctual and presentable for early morning shifts, closing shifts and/or weekend shifts.
• Great attitude and able to serve the public with pleasure and professionalism.
• Able to maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Take pride in your work and have a strong work ethic.

Hours and Compensation:

This posting is for both full and part-time positions but at least one weekend day is mandatory.  Compensation $10/hour plus tips.

Requirements:

• At least one year barista experience.
• Completion of NYC Food Protection Course and license (or agreement to acquire license upon hiring).
