Job Description

Four & Twenty Blackbirds bakery is an award winning and beloved NYC pie company.

We are seeking an experienced BARISTA for our retail cafe at our 439 3rd Avenue, Brooklyn, NY location.

We seek candidates who are committed to excellence in their craft, enjoy working in an upbeat, busy cafe environment and are looking to grow with our company. You must be friendly, customer service oriented and dedicated to creating a high quality product.

We offer a positive work environment with opportunity for growth in an ambitious and expanding small business.

REQUIRMENTS:
-ability dial in espresso, build coffee drinks, latte art is a plus but not required
-be cheerful and outgoing
-be organized and able to multi-task
-be available for immediate hire for 20 – 30 hours per week.

You will also be responsible for plating pastries and pie, preparing all beverages, cleaning and restocking and keeping an organized work area.
Must have at least 1 year BARISTA experience.

PLEASE NOTE: You MUST be available to work weekend shifts!
