Squirrel & The Bee, a specialty grain-free/gluten-free (Paleo) bakery is hiring both full time and part time baristas/servers for our Short Hills bakery/cafe. Position requires

As a shop focused in on a grain free (Paleo friendly) lifestyle,  we’re seeking individuals that share our passion or are willing to learn.  Customer service is paramount for this role.  You assist in the daily operations of the cafe, and make the store experience interactive and engaging. Having a passion for healthy food and a healthy lifestyle is a plus! Plus, we have the best coffee in town!

Barista Job Duties:

o Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks such as espresso, latte, and cappuccino, as well as taking food orders and serving bakery items. Daily set up and clean up depending on shift. Maintaining cleanliness standards, keeping organized and working as part of a team.

Open 7 days/week; closed evenings. Must enjoy a fast paced environment and be able to stand for long hours.
