Job Description

Antique Bakery is a new restaurant from Hoboken’s Castelo family, and veterans Chef Paul Gerard, and Rocco Ancorola. It is an entirely unique space boasting a 100 year old coal oven, and a rich visceral history Antique Bakery will be at the forefront of the emerging Hoboken restaurant scene that is stealing the flow of folks from Brooklyn and setting them on the path to New Jersey. We will be serving breakfast, and lunch, with an after work bar scene, dinner and offering a late night hang-out.

With its smoke swept tiles and original tin ceiling, Antique Bakery’s 30 ton coal oven, the bakery is much more than an antique; it’s a part of Hoboken’s saga.

For generations folks have been bringing Antique Bakery bread to their tables, now we’re bringing the tables to the bread.

 

 

We are seeking friendly, guest-centric, hospitality-orientated service professionals. This is an opportunity to be part of a rewarding experience of opening a new restaurant. Experience in opening a restaurant is a major plus, but with a positive attitude, everyone is welcome!
