At Milk & Pull we believe people and amazing coffee always come first. We are looking for like minded people who are passionate, quick thinkers and doers.

We are hiring baristas and food prep staff for our 3 locations. Our goal is to connect with every person that walks in through our doors and provide them an amazing cup of coffee, food and experience.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• passionate and curious about coffee and loves connecting with people
• great communication skills, ease and comfort at engaging others
• ability to be a pro-active problem solver
• Natural instinct to set a high standard and continually raise the bar
• NY Food Protection Certificate (Preferred)
