French Patisserie/Cafe seek friendly, experienced counter servers with barista experience to join our staff.

WE ARE:
Established NY wholesale bakery and coffee shop, based in Industry City in Sunset Park & Park Slope.
Part of the third wave coffee movement, we use the most sought-after single origins as espresso and filter coffee. We are dedicated to creating friendly, wholesome neighborhood-oriented environments, focused on excellent customer service, with beautiful, elegant interiors.

YOU ARE:

An experienced barista who feels comfortable and confident in providing the highest level of customer service, takes direction constructively, and works well as a part of a team. The ability to dial in single origin espressos and creating delicious micro-foam lattes is also a plus. Training is also available.

Food Handler’s certified (must be obtained if you do not have).

Someone with an attention to detail, such as this one- we will not be getting back to anyone who doesn’t put the word ‘Espresso’ somewhere in the subject of the email you send to us. Being a server/barista means a lot more than taking orders, we want people who can see the big picture.

Naturally outgoing and friendly, as well as responsible, reliable and trustworthy. We have an excellent staff and pride ourselves on our professionalism, we expect you to follow suit.

DETAILS:
We are hiring for a variety of positions across the stores, and where we put you will vary depending on what your availability is, your skill level, and where you live. Compensation and tips will also vary depending on location, however are competitive with the market.
