Saggio Restaurant of Washington Heights is opening an American Bistro Restaurant, featuring a Coffee Bar! We are looking to recruit an experienced, dynamic Barista with a passion for craft and exceptional customer service and heads-up hospitality. The Barista is trained to execute personal coffee experiences in a high-volume environment, take ownership of the last link in the coffee supply chain, operate cash register efficiently and accurately, and greet and interact with customers in a friendly, positive manner.

Qualifications:

• Cashiering skills required with experience with POS system.
• Weekend and mornings availability required.
• Specialty coffee experience is ideal, but willing to train
• A passion for customer service and satisfaction.
• Comfortable working in a high-energy and fast-paced setting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills with team members and customers.
