About Black Forest Brooklyn: Ayana and Tobias grew up in Germany s Black Forest region, but only met in Brooklyn. As a tribute to their love they opened Black Forest Brooklyn in 2013 in the heart of Fort Greene, serving homemade German specialties and a unique selection of German draft beer, wines and Brooklyn craft spirits. “On our rooftop farm we grow many of our vegetables without pesticides, from roof to table and we love to cook our food from scratch. We believe that we can get the best quality and take good care of our lovely planet at the same time.”

We are relaunching our Kaffeehaus part of the business, are crazy busy for Brunch already with coffee but would like to also draw a crowd Mo-Fr am. Thats why we are looking for a very organized, clean and friendly Barista.
We re also opening our second location in a few weeks, where we have several more openings coming up.
Able to complete a daily checklist

NYC restaurant experience
Legal work papers
Food Handler’s certificate is a must
If you don’t have it you can make it within 6 weeks.
Knowledge of German Food/Bev and culture is a plus
