At First Village Coffee, we pride ourselves on very high quality with very low pretense. Our customers love that they can get a consistently excellent cup of coffee or espresso beverage – that rivals what they can find in Manhattan – while also getting a warm greeting and experience.

We’re looking for experienced baristas who are able to dial in quickly and efficiently, pull consistently perfect shots at a fast pace, and be skilled at latte art. We’re a small shop so must be willing to also double as counter help (POS), restocking, opening/closing, cleaning etc. Looking for efficiency and a willingness to hustle.

We’re also looking for experienced counter help . Must have cash register experience, preferably in a fast paced coffee industry location.

Friendly comes in all forms so bubbly is not a requirement, but a genuine desire to get to know our customers and make them feel welcome is.

We partner with, and exclusively sell Irving Farm coffee, and you’ll have access to top-notch training in their labs either in Manhattan or Millerton.
