We’re an up and coming brasserie, featuring a casual european breakfast & lunch fare with a stress on specialized third wave coffee. We take pride in sourcing seasonal, and whenever possible, local ingredients to serve the community the experience of enjoying casual, simple yet sophisticated new foods & takes on food we already know.

Branded one of the hottest new restaurants in Brooklyn by Eater

We are searching for a talented barista/counter person who has the following qualities:

– Exceptionally passionate about coffee and great food

-Passionate about high quality service in a friendly environment

-Has experience in making superior espresso beverages, this includes dialing in,

maintaining consistent espresso extraction and consistently pulling superior shots.

-Food Handlers License

Candidate must be strong enough to handle all food transactions, command a crowd and expedite orders. A strong service background is a must. Ideal candidate is also genuinely interested in food and the community we serve.
