Job Description

Devoción is hiring for full-time and part-time baristas. Baristas are needed for both our flagship  cafe and roaster in Williamsburg, and our new cafe opening in Downtown Brooklyn in mid-March.

2-3 years of specialty coffee experienced is preferred. Candidates must have a passion for coffee, be extremely hard-working and should be excited to work on a team. Devoción baristas are put through intensive training, and are expected to have an in-depth knowledge about the coffee we serve. High volume experience is a must, as is weekend availability.

Devoción is the only farm fresh coffee roaster in the country. Every week we FedEx green beans from Colombia just 10 days after dry milling and roast them on site in our 25-kilo Probat roaster in Williamsburg.
