Job Description

Variety is looking to hire 2 full-time and 2 part-time Baristas who enjoy a fast-paced work environment. We are currently hiring for our Bushwick and Chelsea locations.
We are looking for friendly, coffee-focused professionals who have a strong work ethic and provide excellent customer-service. We have a long-standing reputation as an employer with a great work environment, amazing staff, and delicious coffee.

 

Requirements

• 2+ years of barista experience
• Latte Art skills required
• Able to work efficiently and maintain quality standards
• Able to work well as part of a team and individually
• Exceptional customer service
• Flexible and hard-working
