Job Description

Inès Cafe is looking for an experienced, part-time barista to grow with our talented team.   Located in a charming part of the Upper East Side, Inès is becoming a quality destination for coffee-lovers.  Coupled with our delicious food menu, we serve specialty coffee from Devoción which has become a neighborhood favorite.

This position requires someone with a strong work ethic and ability to deliver a positive customer experience.

Other Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience as a barista (preferably in a setting that also served food)
  • Latte art skills
  • Able to work as a team player or individually
  • Able to handle high volume and maintain communication amongst your team
  • Experience w/ La Marzocco equipment
  • Weekend availability is also preferred
  • Able to handle opening and closing duties as an indivdual

If desired, we also provide extensive training. Salary includes hourly wage + tips.
