The Smile is looking for talented baristas to join our team at our newly-opened TriBeCa location, The Smile Newsstand. We’re looking for coffee professionals who love what they do and want to spread the gospel of espresso far and wide.

We’re looking for a barista who has:
•At least one year of experience in a high-volume specialty coffee shop.
•Familiarity with espresso equipment from La Marzocco, Mazzer, and Synesso.
•A general knowledge of coffee processing methods, growing regions, and brewing devices, coupled with a desire to continue learning.
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide superlative customer service.
•An interest sharing knowledge about coffee.
