Three Seat Espresso & Barber

We celebrate a truly unique hospitality experience. We pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with our guests and serving our East Village community. We serve only seasonal single-origin coffees roasted by our friends Ceremony Coffee Roasters in Annapolis, Maryland. Our food program director works with local vendors to offer seasonal cafe fare. Our barbers are world class, and we work to seamlessly translate the art and craft of coffee with the art and craft of barbering.

Barista Role Duties:

• Ownership of every guest experience, from cup quality to service
• Dial in coffees, measure extraction, pour beautiful latte art
• Work with steadfast cleanliness at all times
• Work with a sense of urgency at all times
• Lifting bags and boxes upwards of 20+ lbs
• Play awesome music
• Work alongside a small, passionate team

Requirements:

• At least 1 year speciality coffee experience
• Enthusiasm for hospitality as it extends beyond coffee
• NY Food Handlers Certificate
• Positive Vibes!
• Confidence in palette and desire to learn principles of extraction
• Willingness to help grow a small business
