Cofesta NYC is seeking part-time barista employees for our Flatiron location. Opening and Closing shifts available M-F, 7:30-6:30pm. Competitive hourly rate, willing to train the right candidate.

Requirements:

Incredible Customer Service Skills

Hard-Working, Positive Attitude, Flexibility, Punctuality and Reliability

1-2 Years’ Experience with Manual Marzocco Espresso Machine operation and light maintenance

Experience with ‘Dialing-In’ Machine & Latté Art

Knowledge of Teas and Healthy Food Trends

Light Food Preparation

Cashier Experience (Square)

NYC DOH Food Handlers’ Certificate or certification within 30 days post-hire
Ability to take self-ownership of Day-to-Day Operations, Work Independently

Attention to detail and Concern with quality, Upholding Our Standards

Interest in Developing Your Coffee Palate
Supporting your team in keeping the café running smoothly – these tasks may vary but can include: washing dishes, clearing dishes, sweeping, dusting, mopping, taking out trash

Eligibility to work in the United States and 18 years of age or older
