Abbotsford Road Coffee Specialists is looking for a new barista to join our retail team!

We are coffee roasters with a retail showroom and are located in the Gowanus area of Brooklyn. First and foremost we are a neighborhood coffee shop and we pride ourselves on having, “coffee worth coming back for. We are all about our customers and we believe in educating and not dictating.

Please have:

*basic experience in specialty coffee that includes, basic understanding of dialing in and latte art.

*be a good multi-tasker. It is crucial for the job since you will be behind the showcase on your own at times.

*basic understanding on how to make cold brew, iced tea, syrups etc.

*be a people person, able to serve coffee while providing the best customer service experience.

*opportunities for growth in roasting, wholesale account management and more.
