Devoción is now hiring for the newest location in the Flatiron neighborhood of Manhattan.

The ideal candidates are warm, welcoming, passionate about providing a great coffee experience and excellent team players. Devoción baristas are required to attend training courses and candidates who are enthusiastic in continuing their coffee knowledge are encouraged to apply!

Requirements:

*Experience operating in a high volume specialty coffee setting. Must be able to perform efficiently under pressure and encourage team members to do the same! Positive attitudes are at the forefront of our customer service.

*Ability to work weekends. Flexible candidates are a must.

Food Handlers Certificate is preferred.

Devoción is the only farm fresh coffee roaster in the country. Green beans are shipped weekly through Fedex from our dry milling facility in Colombia.
