Job Description

Dean and Deluca is looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic baristas to join our team at our NY Times location.

The job requires the following skills:

Show a passion for coffee and willingness to learn more! We offer training through our coffee partners at Toby’s Estate
Experience in Third Wave Coffee
Ability to train others
Latte Art
Dialing In
Understanding proper brewing methods
Excellent cashier communication
Experience in tastings
Ability to show an excellent work ethic and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Must be willing and able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
And above all, excellent customer service skills

Must be at least 18 years old.
