Hello to all,

We`re independently owned coffee shop in a midtown east. We`ve been opened for 4 years and we are really busy . We are looking for baristas who are ready to join our Ground Central family and make our store better and better every day.

The ideal candidate:

Has clean bar habits, can steam microfoam and pour latte art, has integrity towards their shot quality despite store volume , can dial in, is open to learning about the brand and our roasters, can engage customers and still be proficient , WORK CLOSING SHIFTS + WEEKENDS

AS WE ARE REALLY BUSY COFFEE SHOP – PLEASE , DON`T COME IN WITHOUT EXPERIENCE. WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, ARE PROFESSIONALS AND LOVE THEIR JOB . IF YOU CAN`T STEAM PERFECT MILK AND MAKE A LATTE ART DON`T WAIST YOUR TIME .

WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO CAN WORK WEEKENDS + CLOSING SHIFTS!!!!
