Job Description

Kodawari — a boutique cafe in LES — is looking for dedicated, detail-oriented, customer service-driven baristas to join the team. The name Kodawari is a Japanese word for obsession characterized by a fastidiousness born from a deep artisan passion, and we are looking for team members who can embody these ideals, and speak about coffee in these terms.

What we’re looking for:
– Cafe experience 1+ years
– Flexible and adaptable schedule, need someone with at least Mon. & Wed. closing availability
– Solid customer service
– Detail and process oriented work style
– Ability to work alone and with others
– Curious and ready for training

Preferred: Food Handler’s License

Compensation: $15 or based on experience
