Aritzia is a women’s fashion retailer that started in Vancouver in 1984. We have recently renovated our New York SoHo Flagship at 524 Broadway that boasts 2 levels of shopping as well as a complimentary espresso bar on the 2nd floor for our clients to enjoy. We are looking for great people who are passionate about customer service and providing a consistently great experience to our clients. If you are applying, you:

– are outgoing and have great initiative
– have a sense of ownership for space and pride for the product that you serve
– have at least 1 year experience working on manual high end espresso machines (La Marzocco, Synesso, Slayer, Nuovo Simonelli)
– are familiar with brew ratios and espresso theory in order to deliver a consistently great product
– are able to consistently produce great microfoam — latte art a bonus but not a requirement
– are familiar with basic maintenance requirements for espresso machines and grinders

We are looking to expand our hours during the summer months and are looking for flexible part time staff to join our team ASAP! You will report directly to the Senior Barista on site and work closely with the Store Management Team.

Wage is a competitive hourly wage and based on experience.
