Are you an enthusiastic, warm, and friendly person, who also loves to make artful delicious espresso beverages? Bedford Cheese Shop is hiring experienced baristas at our Bedford Ave. Think Coffee satellite location. Two years in coffee experience is required.

ABOUT YOU:

You are passionate about coffee, warm, and have a love for service and hospitality!
You show up on time and can self manage a coffee station!
You are a great communicator, team player, and will always show respect to those working with you!
You have an understanding of stellar customer service and believe that anyone who walks into Bedford Cheese Shop should be greeted with a friendly smile.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serving customers throughout the store: Making espresso drinks, refilling coffee station, displaying baked goods.
Being hands-on with merchandising the shop.
Growing your knowledge about all that Bedford Cheese Shop offers: cheese, charcuterie, antipasto, grocery items, sandwiches & prepared foods, gift baskets, platters, etc.
Tasting cheese!

REQUIREMENTS

2 years in coffee!
Latte Art
Ability to multitask and wear many hats.
Positive energy and a go-getter attitude.
Flexibility in scheduling – holidays, mornings, evenings, weekends.
A desire to grow with the shop as we continue to expand, develop, and create.
