Job Description

Blank Slate Coffee + Kitchen is a modern cafe with locations in New York City. We are opening a brand new store in Midtown and seeking experienced baristas with a passion for specialty coffee.

Requirements:
At least 2 years experience as a barista in a high volume setting
Ability to dial in an espresso machine
Latte art
Able to work and engage with customers while making high volumes of coffee
Able to educate customers on coffee
Ability to work independently
Interest in learning about coffee
Experience in point of sale/cashier
Willingness to help in all aspects of FOH
