Oslo Coffee Roasters in the West Village neighborhood of New York City (236 West 10th St) is searching for an experienced Barista to work full-time. The position starts on June 27th 2019. The ideal candidate is 5 minutes early, has a positive attitude, is passionate about coffee and enjoys working with people. The Barista plays a key role in our energetic team of coffee enthusiasts who are driven to provide outstanding customer service.

Requirements

Prior advanced levels of experience as a lead barista.

Flexible Work Schedule. Weekdays, weekends and both AM and PM shifts.

Latte art proficient

At least 1+ year in the coffee service industry

2+ years in the customer service industry

Practicing the highest standards of coffee preparation

NYC food handler’s card is required

Weekday hours 7:00 AM-7:00 PM – AM Shift is from 7-1 PM shift is from 1-7.

Weekend hours 8:30-6:30 AM Shift is from 8-3, PM Shift is from 1-7.

15/hr + tips from shift

Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts

Friendly, outgoing and dedicated to outstanding customer service

Tidy and self-disciplined
