High end cafe opening on upper east side seeks BARISTA. Hiring for all positions AM and PM.

Duties for BARISTAS; 2 Years experience with La Marzocca espresso machine

– Warm and friendly attitude, ability to speak about our products – Strong work ethic – Ability to work quickly, neat/organized, and super clean – Easygoing, focused and straightforward, willing to train
– Follow directions and procedures, work well in a team or independently – Consistency! 100% of the time. No short cuts. – Natural kindness and team work driven
– One year commitment, at least — job hoppers will not be considered
– Opportunity for growth into a management position

Must be able to work in the USA.
