MEKELBURG’S is a craft beer bar/specialty food shop with two locations in Brooklyn (one in Clinton Hill and one in Williamsburg) offering customers unique craft beers, cheese/meats and affordable must-haves for the home cook. We have a bar in back with craft beer taps, a few well-curated wines and a menu of gourmet eats.

We are seeking friendly, knowledgeable people to join our barista team – helping customers with their shopping needs, checking them out at the register and re-stocking shelves as re-orders come in.

Basic Responsibilities:

Demonstrating genuine hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service

Dialing in and maintaining espresso and coffee throughout shifts

Maintaining a clean and functional work space

Working POS station and handling money

Making drinks with speed and accuracy

Contributing to other departments in the shop as needed

Weekend, holiday and evening hours will be required. We are currently seeking employees who can commit to us for at least a year.
