Job Description

We are a wholesale coffee roastery with a coffee shop and lounge nestled right inside.

We are looking for baristas with prior experience who are knowledgeable, hard working, and enthusiastic about all things coffee. You must be friendly and have prior hospitality experience. There is a lot of room for growth within our company. We love candidates who are eager to expand their knowledge and experience within the coffee industry.

Skills
– Ability to operate a manual espresso machine
– Knowledgeable about coffee
– Ability to engage customers and educate them on our coffees
– Reliable
– Flexible (able to fill in when needed and work weekends)

Responsibilities
– Opening/closing the shop
– Preparing brewed coffee
– Making all espresso-based drinks (latte art is a plus)
– Preparing food
– Cleaning and maintaining the shop and all coffee machines
– Exceeding customer expectations
