Part-Time Barista

Job Description

At First Village Coffee , we pride ourselves on our ‘high quality with low pretense’
approach to specialty coffee. Our customers love that they can get a consistently excellent
cup of coffee while getting a warm greeting and pleasant experience.

We’re looking for experienced baristas who are able to dial in quickly and efficiently, pull
consistently perfect shots at a fast pace, and be skilled at latte art. We’re a small shop so
must be willing to also double as counter help, restocking, opening/closing, cleaning etc.
Looking for efficiency and a willingness to hustle. Friendly comes in all forms so bubbly is not a requirement, but a real desire to get to know our customers and make them feel
welcome is.

We’re a mom and pop shop and have poured our hearts and souls into making this dream a reality. We need someone who’s going to match our work ethic and commitment(read:obsession) to quality, hard work, and growth. Must be willing to work weekends and rotating shifts.
