This position is for one of our retail bakeshops (Greenpoint, Williamsburg or Park Slope). The main function of this position is selling fresh baked goods, hot and iced coffee, and making delicious espresso drinks. The person in this position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, educating our clients about Ovenly, and should be outgoing, friendly, and helpful. The ideal candidate should be proactive, hardworking, and detail-oriented. Baked-good lovers preferred with a passion for coffee!

Requirements:

– Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
– Ability to follow instructions and carry out tasks
– Ability to work on a team and individually
– Attention to detail, ambitious and self-starting
– Must have or obtain NYC Food Handler’s license
– Latte art is a plus, but not required as we will train the right candidate!
– Minimum 1-year work experience with manual espresso machines preferred
