Deliver excellent customer service while creating all coffee-based beverages for Chobani restaurant.

• Create a variety of coffee and espresso based beverages by following recipes and standards of preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to DOH standards
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning guidelines
• Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume
• Anticipate guest and store needs by evaluating the environment
• Assist with new partner training by offering encouragement and positive feedback
• Ensure that the restaurant has adequate supply of coffee
• Communicate needs effectively to management
• Act as brand ambassador and interact positively with team members and guests
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Perform other duties as necessary

• 1-2 years of Barista experience in a mid-high volume environment
• Proven knowledge of coffee culture and trends
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills
