We are currently hiring for a PT Barista in our Flatiron cafe.

$17.00 – $19.00/hr + tips, commensurate w/ experience. Approx $25-$30/hr total.

Applicants must have a strong customer service background, have specialty coffee experience, and be comfortable working and operating a cafe alone.

Requirements:

*3 years customer service experience
*2 years specialty coffee experience
*Knowledge of standard espresso beverages
*Closing & Opening experience
*NY food handler’s certificate
*Ability to work on your feet 7-8hrs a day, lift 50lb assisted, climb stairs

$17.00/hr – $19/hr + tips. We are happy to provide previous 30 day tip average as a reference point.

Approx. 15 – 25hr estimated time commitment per week, depending on your availability.

Some Weekend availability is a must.

Up to 40hr sick pay allotted at beginning of every year
