Mongo’s Coffee is a local Micro-Roastery with a comfortable lounge/cafe built right inside.

We are seeking skilled and knowledgable baristas with a passion for all things coffee and the will to learn more. We provide a great environment to expand your knowledge about coffee.

Responsibilities include:

Coffee prep: Delivering delicious and consistent espresso drinks as well as other coffee/tea beverages

Ability to interact with customers: If you’ve worked in a cafe before you know that customer service is just as important as serving a great drink.

Food prep/baking – Everyone in Mongo’s wears many hats so from time to time you’ll be in the kitchen helping out our bakers when needed. While we don’t have a full kitchen with a grill, we do make fresh sandwiches and toasts as well as bake our own muffins, cookies and more.

Cleaning, sweeping, mopping: gotta keep the place clean!

Wholesale side:
Packaging/weighing bags of coffee for wholesale/retail
Making cold brew: We prep over 30 gallons at a time for our own shop and for our wholesale customers
Roasting assistant

We’re looking for someone who is overall friendly, outgoing, and hardworking.

Prior barista experience is definitely a plus.
