Full-Time Barista

Job Description

Requirements:

• Minimum two years experience in a specialty coffee shop
• Have a warm, friendly and positive attitude, hospitality driven
• Well spoken, can easily and confidently speak about coffee drinks, suggestive selling
• Ability to build base of regulars, welcome newcomers
• Dial in grinders, make latte art, have fun
• Assist in side-work, keeping the store clean, organized and stocked
• Store manager candidates must have experience in training team members, inventory management and daily operations of running a shop

• NYC Food Handler’s card a plus
• Full time, head baristas $20/hourly, store leaders $25/hour plus tips!

– part time positions are also available , if you want to work at west village location please specify.
