Located between Grand Central Terminal and Bryant Park, Company Culture is the specialty coffee shop within the Company Building. The space was designed for guests to sit down and enjoy coffee with good company. We serve Counter Culture coffee, using Modbar equipment, made by skilled and thoughtful baristas.

The Company Building is a multi-tenant innovation campus in Midtown that curates a collection of startups, entrepreneurs, and enterprises working towards the realization of impactful ideas, together. We offer tenants and members an unparalleled experience by bridging purpose-built spaces, human hospitality, and technology to create a more joyful workplace.

We’re hiring a barista to join our Coffee Team at Company Culture. Our baristas thrive in a team environment, with excellent collaboration and communication skills. Each member should feel confident and comfortable sharing their coffee knowledge, with curiosity for continued education. It is also each member’s responsibility to make guests feel welcome and well taken care of.

This is an hourly paid position ($18/hour), plus tips. We offer health, dental and vision benefits, PTO and commuter benefits.
