Job Description:

Our coffee shop souls are brand ambassadors and storytellers that link the beauty of our craft with the art of coffee making. Their mission is to create a unique and memorable experience while providing an excellent service for our clients.

Customer Service:

– Preparing and serving beverages to the coffee shop clients.

– Deliver high touch customer service at all time following brand approach; Boost customer engagement to increase return business.

– Have an overview knowledge of Le Labo and be able to share with café clients.
