Wattle Cafe and its evolving team is looking for new additions and people who share in our values. Wattle is an Australian inspired healthy cafe that is looking for a new self starter to join our team. We are a small team so its like a family to us so we are excited to see our family expand.

The key qualities we are looking for in our team include:
Focus on quality, consistency and efficiency
Experience in specialty coffee
An attention to detail and punctuality
Cleanliness
Friendliness, a warm personality
A willingness to learn and complete assigned tasks
A preparedness to pitch in to help when needed (inc. lifting up to 30 lbs)
Be a self starter
Ability to work weekends
Ideal candidates will have:
At least 3 years experience with specialty coffee
A food handlers license
A passion for life
A fun and engaging demeanor

Pay will be commensurate with experience.
