We are currently looking for Baristas with full weekend availability, and the willingness to work during the weekday evenings as well.

BARISTAS- Experience is required. You’ll be working in a fast paced environment, where teamwork is vital. Serving expertly prepared espresso and single origin drinks, as well as maintaining a clean and beautiful space will be part of your day to day workflow. A passion for hospitality, is a must.

PORTERS- Experience is preferred. We are looking for an all-rounder kind of employee, who can keep our space clean and efficient, as well as maintain our large on-site storage facility, and complete any number of side tasks and daily goals each day. This position requires heavy lifting, and a positive attitude.

With over 100 stores worldwide, % Arabica is a pioneering specialty coffee brand known and loved by coffee enthusiasts worldwide. We launched our Flagship store in June this year in DUMBO, Brooklyn, and with the terrific opening response, we are now looking for enthusiastic and experienced Baristas to join our growing team! Specialty coffee experience is a plus!
