Full-Time Barista

Job Description

Duo+ is a cozy and loving coffee shop in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn. We are looking for someone to join our team! As the barista, you will skillfully produce beverages with great attention to detail. By joining our team, it offers many opportunities for continuous growth along with a community of coffee enthusiasts.

Requirements:
– Must be 18 years or older
– Must be a team player, open to learning
– Perform designated tasks while following all COVID-19 protocols
– Friendly attitude and great customer service
– Strong work ethic
– Having at least 1+ years of experience in the specialty coffee market is preferred, but not required
– Flexible schedule (able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays)
– NYC Food Safety Handlers Certificate is a huge plus

Responsibilities:
– Greeting customers with a friendly attitude
– Preparing sweets such as cookies, brownies, and etc.
– Serving cold/hot beverages
– Cleaning and sanitizing work area and equipment
– Dealing and processing payments

Hourly pay based on experience along with generous tips.
