Coffee Project New York is a minority and women-owned coffee company with a mission to improve the quality of life for every person in the coffee supply chain, from producers to consumers.

We are seeking for passionate, friendly and like-minded barista(s) to join our team for part-time/full-time work.

The ideal candidate:

• A love for hospitality and specialty coffee.
• Knowledge in handling espresso machines, basic latte art and pour overs skills preferred. Entry-level barista encouraged to apply.
• Team player and able to work in a group.
• Friendly, outgoing and willing to learn.
• Food Handlers License required (or obtained within 30 days after employment).

Major duties include:

• Cashier/Front End Service.
• Brewing espresso based drinks, making filter coffee and pour overs.
• Assembling sandwiches and heating pastries.
• Cleaning and sanitizing.
• Replenishing condiments and restocking paper goods.
