Brooklyn Kolache is woman run and community focused bakery & café looking to hire baristas for our Bedstuy & West Village locations.

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and quality food and coffee products. Must be a team player, be willing to clean, run errands, take out trash and restock. We like to have fun, drink coffee and socialize while taking care of business. Caring place to work with exciting plans for the future.

We’re hiring baristas to work 3 to 4 shifts a week with the option to pick up more. If you prefer evening shifts that’s a plus.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of barista experience. Latte art and food handlers license is a plus. Must be able to work one weekend shift. Pay is hourly plus tips.

The job includes but not limited to the following:

– Must be reliable, professional and team oriented.
– Organized, good time management skills.
– Hands-on, flexible and highly responsible.

This person must be extremely reliable, have a strong work ethic and a passion for food and coffee.
