About us:
Lattente is a specialty coffee shop from Buenos Aires, Argentina that has been around in the industry for more than 10 years. Now, we are expanding our store to New York City and ready to spread our love through coffee and Argentinian pastries in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

We are looking for:
– At least 1 year of experience in the specialty coffee industry
– Common knowledge in coffee: tasting, espresso dialing in, pour-over, latte art
– Detail-oriented
– Maintain cleanliness and organization at the coffee bar area
– NYC Food Protection is a plus (or ability to acquire within 30 days)
– Create positive work environment

Compensation:
19/hour + tips

Schedule needs:
– Full time and part time
– Availability to work as early as 6 am
– Available to work at weekends
– Able to walk and stand up to 8 hours
